Creating an Ad Hoc Sell Price Record

Ad Hoc Sell Price records are Sell Prices on specific AWBs. Most of the fields in Ad Hoc Sell Price are similar to the fields in Sell Prices. Depending on your system configuration, the Ad-Hocs screen appears either as Ad-Hocs KG if your units are in kilograms or Ad-Hocs LB if your units are in pounds.

1. Navigate to the Sell Ad Hocs (Ad Hocs) screen. You can do this by clicking Pricing > Sell Ad-Hocs.
2. Click Add (Ins). Some fields are automatically populated based on the settings of the currently logged on user.
3. Enter the Sell Ad-Hoc Price record details in the corresponding fields.
4. Click OK.

The Sell Ad Hoc Price record is saved.

Clicking the Reference: button generates a reference number that can be used during the time of booking. For example, R001-0091 This reference number is used to claim the quotation or reduced rate given to the Agent before booking.
