Unearned Revenue Runs

The Unearned Revenue are the prorated revenue shares that have not been utilized or have not yet flown. This indicates that the related sectors status are considered as < DEP or less than DEP. Unearned revenue reports show the pending revenue amounts and that these reports are usually used for audit purposes.

In addition, the unearned revenue includes the prorate amounts of host AWBs (for OALs), provided that the Incoming Interline Invoice has not yet been received by the respective sector. The Unearned Revenue Run compiles all the unearned revenue records found in the system within the run criteria provided. If the record's status remains the same, the record can still be included in the next run.
