Automatically Prorating AWBs

Shipments that have more than one carrier need to be prorated accordingly. You can use the Production Prorate Run to automatically prorate all AWBs whose Proration Date is covered by the defined Until Date.

1. Navigate to the Report Menu screen. Click Main > Reports Menu.
2. Expand the Interline (PRORATE_) node. You can do this by double-clicking Interline (PRORATE_).
3. Double-click Production Prorate Run.
4. In the Enter Until Date window, enter the end date of the production prorate run in DDMMMYY format in the Until Date field.
5. Click OK.

All interline AWBs until the end date provided in the Until Date field is prorated. You can see the progress of the automatic proration in the ProrateCalcSrv screen. For each of the AWBs prorated in the Production Prorate Run, the Proration date field in the Prorate tab of the corresponding AWBs is automatically populated. AWBs manually prorated using the Build button in the prorate tab are overwritten by the Production Prorate Run.
