Creating a Special Prorate Agreement

Special Prorate Agreements are settlement agreements maintained by carriers participating in interline shipments. Special Prorate Agreements have the highest priority in applying interline charges. Most of the fields in Special Prorate Agreements are similar to the fields in Sell Prices. Depending on your system configuration, the Prices Pro screen appears either as Prices Pro KG if your units are in kilograms or Prices Pro LB if your units are in pounds.

Context for the current task

1. Navigate to the Special Prorate Agreements (Prices Pro) screen. You can do this by clicking Revenue > Special Prorate Agreements.
2. Click Add (Ins). Some fields are automatically populated based on the settings of the currently logged on user.
3. Enter the Special Prorate Agreement details in the corresponding fields.
4. Click OK.

The Special Prorate Agreement is saved.
