Creating an Ad Hoc Special Prorate Agreement

Ad Hoc Special Prorate Agreements are Special Prorate Agreements on specific AWBs. Most of the fields in Ad Hoc Special Prorate Agreements are similar to the fields in Special Prorate Agreements. Depending on your system configuration, the Ad-Hocs Pro screen appears either as Ad-Hocs Pro KG if your units are in kilograms or Ad-Hocs Pro LB if your units are in pounds.

1. Navigate to the Ad Hoc Special Prorate Agreements (Ad Hocs Pro) screen. You can do this by clicking Revenue > Prorate Ad-Hocs.
2. Click Add (Ins). Some fields are automatically populated based on the settings of the currently logged on user.
3. Enter the Ad Hoc Special Prorate Agreement details in the corresponding fields.
4. Click OK.

The Ad Hoc Special Prorate Agreement is saved.
