Joint Postings Run

Joint postings runs are used to summarize all the created postings in the system. The Postings Run (E5_ (_US_E5_INTERFACE) can be found in the Accounting node of the Report Menu.

The Postings Run (E5_ (_US_E5_INTERFACE) is an additional functionality that needs to be configured beforehand. Contact CHAMP Cargosystems for more information.

1. Executing a Joint Postings Run

   When the joint postings run has been executed, the following actions become available:

   • Viewing Interface File
   • Uploading Draft Interface File
   • Viewing an Interface File Report

   You can use the available output actions to verify the accuracy of the joint postings run. If errors are found, you need to manually fix the errors then recreate the reports. Once you are satisfied with the output, you can finalize the run.

2. Committing a Joint Postings Run

   When the joint postings run has been committed, the output actions available upon committing become finalized:

   • Viewing Interface File
   • Uploading Final Interface File
   • Viewing an Interface File Report
